Do you mark up shipping costs?
No mark ups are applied to our shipping costs. We charge the same rates of UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS. You choose the service.
We do include an insurance charge, which is .40¢ per $100 spent.
My customer was looking for something smaller, can I return my previous order?
We include a 30 Day Return policy for every purchase that is made. Please refer to our policies above for further information.
My customer bought a pair of earrings a few years ago and recently a spring fell out.
Can we get this repaired or replaced for her?
With our Lifetime Guarantee, all manufacturing defects are qualified for repair or replacement. So in 10, 20, or 30 years, they notice a manufacturing error, that item may still be eligible for repair. Please contact our repair dept. for further questions.
My customer lost one of her earrings! Do you sell half pairs?
We are happy to help you find your customer a matching pair. Contact our Repair Department for details.
What if I don't have the style number?
We will do our best to find the matching style number for you. If your style is no longer manufactured, we will work with you to find a closely matching style.
