There are three ways to order with Carla Corp: Online, Phone, or through a Sales Representative. Login or Signup as a retailer on our website to gain access to pricing information and display selections. Call us to speak to our Customer Service Dept. and place an order anytime.

In-Stock Items

What is unique to Carla is our in-stock purchasing options. As a manufacturer, we keep inventory on most of our best selling styles. All In-Stock items ship within 2-3 business days unless a retailer requests faster shipment.

Same Day Shipping

Same day shipping is available to all customers who order an in-stock item before 2:00 EST. When calling, please mention same day shipping. Shipping costs do vary and apply to all purchases.

Fed Ex, Ups, USPS

For all orders, we abide by the above shipping fees. Please refer to these sites for all shipping information and charges.

Half Pairs Available

We do sell half pairs and do not require a minimum order. We understand what it is like to want to provide for your customer.

Returns Lifetime Guarantee

We include a 30-Day Return policy for every purchase that is made. Within that 30-Day policy, the item may be returned for full credit. That does not include shipping costs. We issue merchandise credit only, no cash refunds. Any returns after 30 days require a written authorization and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Lifetime Guarantee

All merchandise we produce is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects at the time of shipment. If, at any time, your quality jewelry shows signs of manufacturing defects it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. If an item is no longer manufactured we will replace that item with one of a similar look or value. All items bear the Carla or Nancy B trademark and stamp of quality. Each piece is stamped with the applicable quality, i.e. 14KT or 14KT Gold-filled. With proper care your Carla merchandise should last a lifetime.

Do you mark up shipping costs?
No mark ups are applied to our shipping costs. We charge the same rates of UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS. You choose the service.
We do include an insurance charge, which is .40¢ per $100 spent.
My customer was looking for something smaller, can I return my previous order?
We include a 30 Day Return policy for every purchase that is made. Please refer to our policies above for further information.
My customer bought a pair of earrings a few years ago and recently a spring fell out. Can we get this repaired or replaced for her?
With our Lifetime Guarantee, all manufacturing defects are qualified for repair or replacement. So in 10, 20, or 30 years, they notice a manufacturing error, that item may still be eligible for repair. Please contact our repair dept. for further questions.
My customer lost one of her earrings! Do you sell half pairs?
We are happy to help you find your customer a matching pair. Contact our Repair Department for details.
What if I don't have the style number?
We will do our best to find the matching style number for you. If your style is no longer manufactured, we will work with you to find a closely matching style.
